How it works

Our sensor and Omnipod 5 create one easy1, integrated experience

  • Libre 2 Plus sensor

15-day accuracy in the low end2, where it matters most

  • Single app set-up with the Omnipod 5 System

You can use the Omnipod 5 App3 to start your Libre 2 Plus sensor. This instantly connects the sensor to the Omnipod 5 System — so it is ready to begin automated insulin delivery.4

FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor lasts 15 days

Unlike other CGMs, there's no need to switch out a Libre 2 Plus sensor midway through an Omnipod 5 use.5
