The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor sends real-time glucose readings straight to compatible smartphones,^1,2 additionally it has a 15-day wear time and is suitable for children from the age of two years and above and adults living with diabetes,³ including pregnant women. And it conveniently works with the current FreeStyle Libre 2 reader and FreeStyle LibreLink app,² so it’s a smooth transition.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor is authorised to work with Insulet’s Omnipod^® 5 AID system⁴ if you live with Type 1 diabetes and you are eligible for a hybrid closed loop system.
