Dear Valued Customer,
A required update for your FreeStyle LibreLink app* is available. Upgrade to 2.12.0 as previous app versions will no longer be supported.

Here’s how to update your FreeStyle LibreLink app*:

iOS Users:

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Scroll to see Available Updates and release notes.
4. Tap Update next to FreeStyle LibreLink.

Android Users:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device.
4. Tap Update next to FreeStyle LibreLink.
   

Find Your app Version:

To check which app version you are using, follow the instructions below:

• Open your FreeStyle LibreLink app.
• Tap ‘Menu’ then tap ’About’.
• The app version will be listed on this screen under Software Full Version.
