Need help with your sensor?

If your sensor has fallen off or you’ve received a sensor error message, submit a sensor support request.

The pharmacy where you bought your FreeStyle Libre 2  sensor cannot assist you with any replacement sensors.

1. Contact the Abbott Customer Careline on 0800 222 688. 
2. You will receive a case number.
3. Share the serial number printed on the side of the sensor.
4. You may receive a warranty replacement via courier.
