This easy scan gives you more information than a blood glucose test without the need for routine finger pricks^†. The FreeStyle Libre 2 system can also connect to LibreView to generate concise reports^₼ that provide a clear analysis of your glucose data and allow sharing of glucose data to your healthcare professional.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 system has three optional glucose alarms. Low glucose alarm, High glucose alarms and Signal loss alarms.

◊If you want to use both the FreeStyle LibreLink app and the Reader, you must start the Sensor with the Reader first then scan with the FreeStyle LibreLink app. If you start a FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor with the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader, remember that you will only get alarms from the Reader. The FreeStyle LibreLink app will only issue alarms if you use it to start a FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor.
