The FreeStyle LibreLink and FreeStyle Libre 3 apps are intended to be used with only one Sensor (and one person) at a time. Each app account is associated with one person. However, people who use the FreeStyle LibreLink or FreeStyle Libre 3 app can connect with their family, friends and caregivers if they are using a separate app called LibreLinkUp. LibreLinkUp allows caregivers to remotely monitor glucose readings performed by their loved ones.^§

The LibreLinkUp mobile app is not intended to be a primary glucose monitor: home users must consult their primary device(s) and consult a healthcare professional before making any medical interpretation and therapy adjustments from the information provided by the app.
