If the app freezes after scanning your smartpen,¹ please allow the app to finish processing the scan before navigating to another screen or closing the app. 
We recommend scanning your smartpen¹ with the LibreLink app² frequently to transfer your insulin doses, which will speed up the time it takes to process future scans.
