If you are running Android 12 or above on your mobile devices and update your LibreLink◊ app to version 2.10.1, you will need to press the “Allow” option to turn ON the Nearby Devices permission when prompted.

This will ensure that your mobile device can communicate with your sensor and deliver any alarm notifications for alarms^¤ that you have turned ON in the app.
◊ The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the FreeStyle LibreLink app may require registration with LibreView.
¤ Notifications will only be received when alarms are turned on and the sensor is within 20 feet unobstructed of the reading device. You must enable the appropriate settings on your smartphone to receive alarms and alerts, see the FreeStyle LibreLink User’s Manual for more information.
