I updated the FreeStyle LibreLink app but did not see real-time glucose readings with my FreeStyle Libre 2 or Libre 2 Plus Sensor I am currently using, why is that?

You will not see real-time glucose readings until you start a new Libre 2 or Libre 2 Plus Sensor after updating your LibreLink◊ app to version 2.10.1 or higher.

◊ The FreeStyle LibreLink app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the FreeStyle LibreLink app may require registration with LibreView.
