LibreLinkUp¹ is a companion app to the LibreLink app,² which allows glucose readings to be automatically shared with your caregivers in near real-time. Both you and your caregiver must have a network connection to share and receive glucose readings. To add a LibreLinkUp app connection through the LibreLink app, you can simply tap Connected Apps in the main menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
