No, the historical glucose data from the FreeStyle Libre Reader cannot be transferred to the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader. In order to give continuity to glucose data, the user can upload their glucose data to LibreView from the FreeStyle Libre Reader and the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader to see their historical glucose data.
