The FreeStyle LibreLink app enables you to routinely monitor glucose using just your smartphone¹ and FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensors. It allows you to see your current glucose level, a trend arrow that indicates where your glucose is heading and 8 hours of glucose history. You can access reports of your glucose patterns and trends. The LibreLinkUp app enables you to share your glucose readings with family, friends, and healthcare professionals, anytime², anywhere³ so they can remotely monitor your glucose readings and trends, receive updates when your glucose readings are too high or too low and stay connected to help you better manage your diabetes.⁴
