LibreLinkUp* allows you to see glucose data shared by your child or loved one. If they are using FreeStyle LibreLink, you’ll see their glucose data when your loved one scans their sensor. If they are using the FreeStyle Libre 2 app,§  glucose information is automatically sent to your smartphone* every single minute.

  • Glucose readings are automatically sent to your phone

  • Optional alarms alert you when glucose levels are too high or too low

  • Up to 20 people can view results from a single account

Notifications must be turned on in your settings.

To see the results of the person you’re linked to, notifications must be turned on. However, the LibreLinkUp app* does not need to be open or running for you to receive notifications. Notifications can be sent to a phone’s locked screen. By opening the app, more glucose results can be viewed – each colour-coded to match the level of the reading.

The trend arrow will not display on the phone’s lock screen.

Instead, the lock screen will display the text describing the glucose rate of change (e.g., glucose is falling).

The LibreLinkUp app* has three optional alarms.

The LibreLinkUp app* has three easy-to-use1 alarms that alert you when glucose is too high or too low, or when there is a loss of signal. The alarms are customizable; you can turn them on or off, and you can adjust sound and vibration.1

Understanding your loved one’s glucose readings.

    • View current glucose

    • The bold number indicates your loved one's latest glucose reading.

    • See where glucose is headed

    • The trend arrow shows which way glucose was heading at the time of the glucose reading.
