When the FreeStyle LibreLink app receives sugar data from the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor, it transmits the sugar data to the LibreView cloud. The FreeStyle LibreLink app allows its users to invite family, friends, and caregivers to receive sugar data. These family, friends, and caregivers can install the LibreLinkUp app on their phone, accept the sharing invitation, and then view sugar data and receive sugar notifications from their Connections.
