No fingerprick calibration is required. Unlike other sensor-based glucose monitoring systems that are currently available, the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor is factory calibrated. Once activated, the Sensor starts recording glucose readings automatically after the 1-hour warm-up period.
