What should the user do if he/she receives a “signal loss” alarm?

If a user receives a signal loss alarm, make sure the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader is within 6 meters (20 feet) of the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Sensor. Try scanning the Sensor to get a glucose reading. If the Signal Loss Alarm shows again after scanning your Sensor, contact Customer Service.
