What is the maximum distance between the sensor and the phone/app to receive the alarms?
To receive alarms, they must be turned ON, and you should ensure that your phone is within 6 meters (20 feet) of you always. The transmission range is 6 meters (20 ft.) unobstructed. If you are out of range, you may not receive sugar alarms.
