The FreeStyle LibreLink app is designed to be used by people with diabetes to carry out routine sugar monitoring using a smartphone and a FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor . The LibreLinkUp app is designed to be used by family, friends, and caregivers. The app enables them to receive sugar data or sugar alarms on their smartphone. The LibreLinkUp app cannot be used to scan FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors.
