I'm using the FreeStyle Libre 2 system and received a Signal Loss message, what does this mean and what should I do?
When you receive a Signal Loss message, this means that the Sensor has not automatically communicated with the App in the last 5 minutes.
You should make sure your phone is within 6 meters (20ft) of the Sensor. Try scanning the Sensor to get a glucose reading. Then try turning Bluetooth OFF then ON again. If that doesn’t work, try turning your phone OFF and ON again. If Signal Loss message shows again, contact customer service.
