If I replace my phone mid sensor wear, will my current FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor continue to stream real-time glucose data to my FreeStyle LibreLink◊ app?
Yes. If you replace your phone mid Sensor wear, it’s important to log back into your FreeStyle LibreLink◊ account on the new phone with the same account credentials you used to activate your Sensor. Once logged back into your account, scan your Sensor to transition the Sensor to the new phone.
