There may be more than one way to get a prescription for the FreeStyle Libre 3 system:

Book an appointment with your healthcare provider and ask for one FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor prescription, and have it sent to a participating pharmacy^††.

If you are an existing Walgreens customer, you can request your prescription and arrange for home delivery or in-store pickup.

Step 3:

Pick up your sensor

Bring your voucher with you to the pharmacy^†† to redeem your free** FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor. It includes important information that should be shared with the pharmacist (see step 1), so it’s important to print the voucher and bring it with you.

A one-month supply includes two (2) FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors. Your voucher can be redeemed for only one (1) free** sensor. To use it, simply present it to the pharmacist^††. They will redeem the voucher to cover the cost of one sensor, and will charge you or your insurance plan for the other sensor.
