How can I use my voucher when I fill a prescription for a one-month supply of FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors?

A one-month supply includes two (2) Libre 3 Plus sensors. Your voucher can be redeemed for only one (1) free♢ sensor which lasts for 15 days. To use it, simply present it to the pharmacist‡. They will redeem the voucher to cover the cost of one sensor and will charge you or your insurance plan for the other sensor.

The FreeStyle Libre 3 system includes the Libre 3 Plus sensor, Libre 3 sensor, Libre 3 app, Libre app, and the Libre 3 reader.
