Ask your doctor to send in your prescription.
You may not need an in-person visit to get a prescription for the Libre 3 system. Call your doctor’s office or send a message through your patient portal to ask if they can send a prescription for one Libre 3 Plus sensor to a participating pharmacy‡.
Already use Walgreens? You may be able to request your prescription there—and get your sensor delivered straight to your door.
Step 3:
Pick up your sensor from the pharmacy‡.
Bring your voucher with you to the pharmacy to pick up your free♢ sensor. Your voucher includes instructions for the pharmacist to help process your free♢ sensor correctly.

- Process the free♢ sample offer first as a separate transaction.
