Do not ignore symptoms that may be due to low or high blood glucose. If you have symptoms that do not match the Sensor glucose reading or suspect that your reading may be inaccurate, check the reading by conducting a finger stick test using a blood glucose meter. If you are experiencing symptoms that are not consistent with your glucose readings, consult your health care professional.

What happens if I lose or change my phone?

If you lose your phone, download the app again on a compatible phone and sign in with your account information. If you have an active sensor and need to reinstall the app, when you sign into your existing account, you can continue using your active sensor until the end of its useful life. You will not be able to view historical data in the new installation of the app, but this data will be available in LibreView.
