Do not ignore symptoms that may be due to low or high blood glucose. If you have symptoms that do not match the Sensor glucose reading or suspect that your reading may be inaccurate, check the reading by conducting a finger stick test using a blood glucose meter. If you are experiencing symptoms that are not consistent with your glucose readings, consult your health care professional.

Is setting the target range and setting alarms levels the same thing?

No, the target glucose range is not the same as setting up a glucose alarm. The target glucose range is pre-set to 3.9-10.0mmol/L (maximum allowable range) and is depicted on the 8-hour historic results graph, Time in Target Report, Daily Graph Report, and Daily Patterns Report. Glucose alarms notify you when your glucose level is below or above a level you set.
