LibreLinkUp is an application that works with the LibreLink app to automatically share glucose levels with your caregiver in near real-time. Both you and your caregiver need to be connected to the internet to share and receive glucose readings. To add a LibreLinkUp link to the FreeStyle LibreLink app, simply click "Share" in the main menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
