Yes, if your iPhone is in Focus Mode, you need to personalize the settings for each Focus Mode option and make sure Bluetooth is switched to the "On" position in the FreeStyle LibreLink12 app in order to receive instant notifications.

In addition, please make sure you have enabled the FreeStyle LibreLink12 app to send instant notifications in your phone's settings.
