I received a "Allow application" message in the FreeStyle LibreLink application. What does this mean, and how should I respond?

If you see this message in the application, it means that Bluetooth in the FreeStyle LibreLink12 application is turned off.

If you wish to receive real-time sugar levels, you need to enable Bluetooth connectivity in the FreeStyle LibreLink12 application.

Please follow these steps to enable Bluetooth connectivity in the FreeStyle LibreLink12 application:

  • Tap the Settings icon on your iPhone. 
  • Click FreeStyle LibreLink12
  • Switch Bluetooth to the "On" position.
