The FreeStyle Libre Link12 app automatically syncs your blood sugar data to LibreView24. LibreView is a secure cloud platform that allows your healthcare team to access any compatible connected device. With your healthcare team's consent, you can also connect a reader to your computer, download the report as a PDF, and send it to them via email.
