As a parent or guardian who has created a FreeStyle LibreLink (minor account) for a child, how can I use LibreLinkUp to connect with them?
If you create a minor account on FreeStyle LibreLink12 using your own email address , you can still connect with that user through LibreLinkUp21. Please send a connection request in FreeStyle LibreLink12 following the same steps. The email address you send the connection invitation to should be your own email address (i.e., the email address that is already logged into the FreeStyle LibreLink12 application). You will receive an email invitation; please follow the steps to install the LibreLinkUp21 application on your personal phone . Once you have installed the application and logged in with your existing account, you will be notified that you have connected with the minor user. Simply accept the invitation to complete the connection process.
