What is the incidence of skin reactions?
In the 6-month IMPACT RCT with T1, "skin reactions occurred in 8% of participants, which the researchers considered typical of medical-grade adhesive use”.1 Skin reactions were reported for 4.0% of T 2 participants in the 6 month REPLACE RCT and 6.5 % participants during the REPLACE additional 6 month open-access phase. With any medical device that is attached to the body, skin reactions will be experienced by some individuals.
