Which sensor do you use?

Please ask your healthcare provider to write a new prescription for the FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor.

Replacement Eligibility:

If you have selected the FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor, and you are eligible for a replacement, you will be sent a FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor. The FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor:

  • Can be worn for up to 15 days
  • Is indicated for children 2 years and older
  • Works with select Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems
  • Works with the Libre app, the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, and the FreeStyle Libre 3 reader
