I am comparing my Libre sensor reading to another device
Some examples of comparison readings can include:
- a blood glucose test from an Abbott device or another company’s meter
- a reading from another Freestyle Libre sensor
- a blood glucose lab test from your doctor
It is important that the two readings are taken no more than 10 minutes apart in order to compare them accurately.
If your readings are ready, this should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
I feel different than my sensor reading indicates or my symptoms don't match
Some examples of this may include:
- your sensor reading was higher than expected, but your symptoms don’t match
- your sensor reading was lower than expected, but your symptoms don’t match
We will ask you to collect reading with another device to compare with your sensor reading.
This should take an average of 10 minutes to complete.
