What you can do

FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor, FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor or FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor

Try scanning the sensor again. Make sure to follow the directions in the “Troubleshooting” section of the User Manual of your system.
