The following questions are similar to what our support agents will ask if you call in. Answering them here will speed up our ability to help you resolve the issue. With your two readings ready, this should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

• Two readings taken no more than 10 minutes apart for comparison. One reading should be taken from your Libre sensor, while the comparison reading can be another sensor, meter, or lab result.
