What it may mean

This message means your sensor could not communicate with your reader, app or smartphone.

What you can do

Try scanning the Sensor again. (Make sure to follow the directions in Starting Your Sensor or Checking Your Glucose.)

If you are using the Freestyle Libre 2 and using Android phone, try opening the App to scan your Sensor because another app that uses NFC was detected.

If using the Reader, you may need to move away from potential sources of electromagnetic interference.
